I came to PC Enhancements because I was having issues with thermal throttling in my laptop. While we were there, we also decided to see if they could investigate the malfunctioning keyboard, which we thought was due to faulty firmware in the keyboard part. While the throttling was solved with no issues, we paid about $250 for parts and labor to replace the keyboard, only to have the same malfunctions as well as a nonfunctional USB port which was not an issue prior.
