Shelly in the office was very pleasant to work with, and we were able to schedule a free estimate within a day or two of our call. We had one very large decayed Maple tree removed, as well as some major limbs that were growing towards the house - in all, service to 8 trees. Alfonso and crew were very proficient and precise in their work. They had great pride in their work and it showed. They cleaned up our property nicely, no sawdust even visible. “Patrick Musser Tree Service did a great job at a reasonable price and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. They had previously done work across the street after being recommended by a relative of that neighbor. In our case, we asked them to take down 2 dead pine trees between us and another neighbor, a live mulberry tree that was growing towards / over our house, the remaining limbs of a dead maple tree overhanging an outbuilding, and several limbs from a live pine tree overhanging our house. I called them in November (it went to voice mail and I didn’t leave a message) and then submitted info and pictures on their website form. In early December I called to follow up, and Jody explained they were having issues with their website form. She scheduled an estimator (Scott) to come out the next day, which he did and arrived right on time. He said they would provide an estimate via email later that day, which they did, including 2 price options as requested – one for hauling away all wood and debris, and another for leaving the debris on site (which we elected). Jody scheduled the work about 2 ½ weeks later (rain and then ice/wind/freeze prevented earlier work), and Patrick Jr and Cole arrived right on time with a lift in tow and completed the work.
