I’m glad I wasn’t deterred by some other reviews. Helen will take good care of you! Her gel manicures always look perfect and the color stays put!! My gel manicures from her last longer than anywhere else I’ve been…and because of this I keep returning. Thank you, Helen!

Not good. I got SNS dip polish done, which I’ve gotten many times before at other salons. To start, when I had to pick my color they didn’t have the SNS polish on an example nail and you just had to look at the jar - anyone who’s gotten SNS knows the color can look very different in the powder form than when it’s on your fingers. The nail tech didn’t use the transparent dip powder that’s typically used as base/top coat to protect nails. She also got polish all over my fingers and spent about 15 minutes at the end trying to pick it all off from around my fingers and made me bleed. I have been going to Star Tips Nail and Spa for many years. The staff is so helpful and friendly. The have a lot of colors to choose from. After a long week at work, I enjoy going and getting a manicure and pedicure to relax and start my weekend. Highly recommend Star Tips Nail and Spa if you want to be pamper yourself and relax. Helen and Felix do a wonderful job. Here are pictures from the last time I saw Felix. Love them A+++ job. They last 2+ weeks
