This place is the bomb. Dominque is always friendly and has a great attitude. In and out in 10 min every time, never had an issue. I don’t trust many places to touch my truck, but these guys rock.
Totals should show on the screen before the final bill and clients should be asked if they want additional services outside of the oil change and provided with the cost. Why have a screen in front of you if the total is not visible with the full cost of the oil change.
I also thought capping off fluids was included as a curtesy service. Why charge for capping off fluids?
I was quoted $106. for the oil change. I don’t understand why the cabin air filter and air filter under the hood bought the cost up to a total of over $220.00.?

Today was my first time using Valvoline. I went to the Perry Hall location. There was no wait at all and the staff, specifically Jason and Tiffany were very friendly. They explained everything thoroughly and answered all of my questions. Most importantly in a society that had lost the value of customer service or even friendly interactions they were a pleasant surprise. They were so friendly and even had me laughing. I highly recommend this location.
