Today was my first time using Valvoline. I went to the Perry Hall location. There was no wait at all and the staff, specifically Jason and Tiffany were very friendly. They explained everything thoroughly and answered all of my questions. Most importantly in a society that had lost the value of customer service or even friendly interactions they were a pleasant surprise. They were so friendly and even had me laughing. I highly recommend this location.
Great customer service! Very caring and manager is very kind and professional. I wish she ran all of the valvolines in the city! I live 35 minutes away in federal hill and I will drive this far just to come to this one! I will come next time to get my tires rotated. They also have military discount!
