Chapel Hills Nursery offers a delightful and family-friendly experience. With great prices on plants and a nice assortment of treats in their market, the nursery provides a pleasant shopping environment. However, some customers have noted the need for a more customer-friendly attitude from the staff. The nursery features a variety of animals, including a pony, baby pig, goats, and more, which captivate visitors, especially children. The on-site food options, such as the $8 burger with homemade fries, are praised for their great taste. Overall, Chapel Hills Nursery is a fun and impressive destination, with a wide selection of pumpkins and activities like hay and pony rides.
The posts complaining about the supposedly rude behavior of the proprietors are hilarious. I get along fine with the employees. Grow a skin, people! I'm in retail and deal with unreasonable customers every day. They're much more numerous than you probably think. These people are working, not entertaining. Their wares are delicious and nicely priced. I go out of my way to shop there. They haven't hurt my little feelings yet!
My 5-year-old enjoyed seeing the animals and playing around. Had great flavors at the snowball stand and the Koi pond was beautiful.
Unfortunately, the bakery apple cider donuts were below average, and the customer service in the gift shop was disappointing. We were treated as though we were an inconvenience.
Great prices on plants, nice assortment of treats in their market. They really just need to focus on a customer friendly attitude, if you're going to be in that type of business, you need to be kind to everyone, treat people like they're a friend and not a burden.
