Clients appreciate the thoroughness and kindness of the veterinarians, and the team is dedicated to giving pets the utmost care. There is always a follow-up call within a day of the visit to check on pets’ conditions. While some staff members could improve their friendliness, the hospital has a good location and provides quality care for pets. They do not offer 3-month rabies vaccines, and some clients have concerns about the frequency of certain exams for indoor cats. The practice is known for its great communication and a friendly, helpful staff, making it a great local choice for pet owners.
The folks at Abbey are the best! They always manage to squeeze me in. And I always feel like they give me the best treatment for my kitties at very reasonable prices. And they never push crazy expensive unnecessary treatments like some other vets.
From the doctors to the front desk ladies to the vet techs, they all really care about the animals.!! And are all really lovely humans!!
