I just had my heat pump repaired. Universal was fantastic! My tech, Arlene, was friendly, efficient and talented. She went above and beyond to make sure the system was in good working order for the summer. Office manager, Lisa, was responsive and helpful. I highly recommend them!!

We were experiencing an issue with our A/C at our business. I called several company's and Universal was the only to answer the phone. Others eventually called back but several hours later. Universal told me they could have someone out the same day and gave me a time slot. The Technician arrived early and within a few hours determined the problem and ordered the parts. The next day I received a call the parts came in and they were coming right out to replace. The technician also provided advice on a few things to make sure the unit was operating optimally. Technician Gabriel came out to my home he was prompt courteous And very Professional Very Knowledgeable about about the work he was performing for me he explained everything he was doing he was very efficient about performing air duct cleaning and vent cleaning he worked quickly and he did an excellent job.we need more technicians like him in the service industry will definitely use this service again and only wants Gabriel to service my system only and prices are very affordable!.5 🌟 for Gabriel Thanks Gabriel again!!
