Came here on Black Friday with a one year old and it was so chaotic I grabbed the wrong shade of the Kylie skin tint (40% off) while grabbing other gifts and Steven was running around being so pleasant and helpful and helped me multiple times. Came back yesterday to exchange the shade and I saw that he was there and I went over to him and he asked if I needed help and I said yes please! He helped me color match the perfect shade and I went up to the register to pay and there was an issue since I purchased it on sale. The girl ringing me up called for a manager and that's when I realized Steven was the manager! He of course helped me out and just an overall amazing experience....read full review
WORST customer service experience ! I spent over $350.00 and had a screaming baby with me so I didnt realize that they didnt apply my points to the order. I brought my receipt two days later and asked them to do a refund and rebill - they not only made me go home to get the product, but it all had to be in the original package - the manager was pretty condesending about all of this:(
Had an appointment at the brow bar and didn’t like it for a couple of reasons. One, the appointment is booked for 30min, the person took 10min. I’ve had my brows done in the past by benefit browbar and I appreciated the time and perfection they took and was expecting the same here. Sadly the person did not fill in my brows after outlining, didn’t show me before waxing if I liked it or not. She wasn’t friendly, just small chat about her plans for the weekend . To top it off, the next day I had an allergic reaction, so who knows if the wax was old or doubled dipped. Won’t be coming back here .
