Sparkle Cleaners Inc. is known as the best cleaners in Pasadena, offering fast service and convenient hours. They provide alterations and dry cleaning at reasonable prices. Customers appreciate the always great service and quality work, though they usually want payment ahead of time. One customer waited 10 months after a wedding to clean a dress stained black and brown from rain and mud. Sparkle Cleaners said they could remove the stains, took only one week (other cleaners had a month wait), and the dress looked as if it had just been purchased from the bridal boutique—absolutely breathtaking. The staff is extremely professional and did an amazing job. Customers consistently take winter coats and outfits for fixes, noting always good customer service. For several years, customers have used Sparkle for all alterations and dry cleaning, praising the above and beyond quality of work and service. The owners are always kind and happy to help, part of a good circle of local services. For sewing patches and name tapes, they always do a good job, are ready when promised (usually a couple of days), though a wee bit expensive for sewing.
I got married the end of September 2024 and I waited way too long (about 10 months) after the wedding to start looking to clean my wedding dress. The bottom half of my dress was black and brown from being outside in the rain and mud on our big day. I honestly thought the dress would be stained/ruined after 10 months. I called Sparkle Cleaners and they said they would be able to take the stains out no problem. They said it would only take one week as opposed to other cleaners I called in the area saying there was about a one month wait. I have been using Sparkle for all of my alterations and dry cleaning for several years and I won't go anywhere else. The quality of work and service have been above and beyond. Sunny and her husband are always kind and happy to help. They are a part of my good circle of local people and services to know around here.
Always does a good job with alterations I bring in and sewing on patches and name tapes. A wee bit expensive for sewing but they always do a good job and are ready when promised, usually just a couple of days.
