Can I just say that I adore Corey Fador's super-quick responsiveness and how helpful he always is? I accidentally broke something on my pool equipment on a Saturday afternoon. I texted him a description and a couple of pictures. He texted me back an easy solution in literally 2 minutes. He gets an A+++ for friendly customer service!!!

It's very easy to understand why Quality Pools has been in business for over 40 years! From scheduling our initial visit, measuring, and signing a contract, Mark responded very promptly and answered all our questions, even bringing us liner samples. Mark, Corey, and their crew were on site from start to finish, and even our water delivery company was extremely impressed with what a beautiful liner installation they did. In todays world where everyone sells the service and then subcontracts all the work, we're glad we found a father and son family business that exceeded our expectations

Corey's customer service goes above and beyond. We purchased our house last year and he has been servicing the pool since the last owner's installed it. Corey has answered every question I've had as a new pool owner (over text) and has the patience of a saint. I don't think I would have trust in anyone else at this point. Every dollar spent for his work has been worth it.
