Ran out of oil for my home on a Saturday, right after I'd scheduled delivery for the following Monday (note: they don't typically do weekend deliveries). I called them up, and Mark (one of the owners) hopped in a truck and personally came out to get me taken care of. Family owned, veteran run business, and they show up!

Had an emergency with our home heating system caused by a lack of fuel oil delivery by the company we had used for years. 45 minutes after calling Murphy's Fuel Oil Company, we had a fuel delivery at our doorstep. Not only did we get a prompt fill up, our line was primed and the system was restarted by Todd, a super friendly and knowledgeable company representative. We are totally impressed by Murphy's service and are now registered customers for future fill ups and emergency service. Thanks to Murphy's for a job well done.

Excellent customer service! Murphy's has been my heating oil and service provider for over 10 years. I recently ran out of fuel and they were able to deliver promptly. Also, Jessica gave great phone support, assisting me with restarting my oil burner.
