Hired them for creating the brand for a new business, the end results for stage 1, which was basically the logo went from frustrating to disappointing... They over charged for a very poor quality design, and when non of the proposals was satisfying the expectations they tried to charge extra, because they alleged that we already reached the designing hours. This company doesn't cares about the customer's satisfaction but for the money, I paid them $2000 for some useless PDFs files with tiny useless logos, no vectors for edition. When asked for a refund for an unfulfilled service the owner got back to me telling me that there was no refund that he was charging... read full review
