The staff is super helpful, encouraging, and friendly, with wonderful people who actually listen to concerns. Many, many thumbs up to the entire team, including Kyle, Zach (Zachary Roy), Kelsey, Mallory, and Marge at the front desk for her incredible thoughtfulness and always encouraging words. Kyle Mellinger, a physical therapist, treated a patient for 3.5 months after shoulder replacement surgery; his professionalism, knowledge, and down-to-earth welcoming nature helped the shoulder recover in record time. Zac Roy listens to concerns and pushes just enough to make healing possible. Kelsey and Mallory have been extremely helpful, caring, supportive, and knowledgeable with a hand injury recovery. A pinched nerve in the back has improved so much since working with the therapists. From a cortisone shot and physical therapy before surgery to recovery, it was one of the best health-related experiences. Patients would and will highly recommend MedStar Physical Therapy Pasadena to anyone who needs their expertise.

My MedStar experience from a cortisone shot, physical therapy before surgery (only lasted 3 sessions)(in Gambrills), to surgery with Dr. A. Murthi to replace my right shoulder, to recovery through physical therapy at the MedStar Pasadena site, it was one of the best health related experience I have went through. The whole team from Marge at reception, Autumn, assistant to the therapists and Zac, who filled in on one session for my physical therapist. Kyle Mellinger was my physical therapist. Many, many thumbs up to entire staff, Kyle and Zach were fantastic! Special thanks to Marge at front desk for her incredible thoughtfulness and always encouraging words! I hope I never need their services again but, if I do, I will highly recommend this particular facility!!!!
