This is the absolute best landscaping service experience I've ever had. After placing a request on Facebook, the owner reached out and was here within 30 minutes to offer an in person quote. Wow! They were able to come out within 48 hours to complete the service request. However, I needed to push the service out a week, which was easy! They ended up coming a full day early to accomplish tree trimming, pulling a bush, and getting rid of a bunch of weeds in our yard. The team was fast, friendly, and efficient. Problems with English comprehension, returning calls, and/or showing up. He was friendly enough, but the quote given was a complete waste of time as the estimator's poor English comprehension made him misunderstand what we had agreed to. Earlier when I had asked him for everything in writing he said not to worry because he had "everything in his head." A couple days before they were to come out I discovered that half the work agreed to had not been included in the quote. Evidently it wasn't "all in his head."
