“I love this Salon and have been a client for years. For my hair my stylist is Shelby and she does amazing work. She has changed my hair from brown to beige blonde and vise versa. She is honest and if you want to do something to your hair she will be upfront if there is a chance it may not turn out the way you expect. I respect her for that. My hais is always soft and looks incredible. I highly recommend her. SE recently moved to a new location and the new services they provide is great for a one stop shop spa day.“
“I can’t say enough good things. I had a stylist from another salon cancel for my wedding day. Upon a referral I called Jackie’s. She was able to get me in quickly for a trial for my special day with Carly. Not only did I love Carly and her wonderful demeanor she was able to style both myself and my maid of honor on the day I needed. She scheduled a bit of extra time just in case and we had a fabulous morning. I loved my hair, felt like a beautiful bride and received so many compliments. On a side note, I have enough hair for two people and it’s very thick, I should have been charged extra for all of the bobby pins it took to tame my main. “Teshanna came to my home to help do my hair and makeup for a newborn photoshoot I had later that day. She was accommodating by working with my schedule by arriving very early in the morning. She came very well prepared, more than I expected and did a fabulous job as a result of her skills. Along with her supplies (suitcases of hair supplies and makeup) she brought her own makeup chair and ring light. She took a minimum time to set up everything and it was like she brought a whole studio to me. She’s personal, prompt and professional. The ambience is so soothing, and I appreciate that they have you fill out a form to understand your skincare practices before starting the wax.As for my wax appt proper, the spa offers so many little details for your comfort. Akeya herself has *phenomenal* technique and is so fun to talk to! She is worth the price! and I didn't spend a lot of time at the salon, its a process and I would rather someone take the time and treat me right than to be quick, fast, in a hurry, who would just take my money, mess me up and send you out the door.
