Happy Tails is the place to go if you need a great reptile vet. Dr. Calpeno had cared for a couple of my lil guys and she is incredible. We had had a very bad experience at another nearby vet and my gecko Sol was doing so badly after being seen there for months. With the vet and the teams help he made a full recovery and I have never been more impressed by a vet who takes exotics. You will be encouraged to make changes that will only benefit your pets WITHOUT feeling judged or lectured or any negativity. The team is wonderful and I enjoy my visits and know my little loved ones are in the best hands possible! If I could rate more than 5 stars I would.
This hospital and staff have been great to my bearded dragon and us! My dragon was very sick a few months back, with their help he is doing so much better. They squeezed him in quickly even though they were booked up once they heard about his symptoms. They were able to do a drop off to accommodate my work schedule. There is clear communication from both doctors / techs. They made a treatment plan and went over diagnostics/treatments with cost. Everything was very direct and I was well informed by the staff. Wonderful practice. I never have to wait. They put us right in a waiting room. Dr. Vera is always very thorough in explaining her findings. She did excellent surgery on our lab. The whole staff is very caring and helpful. I will continue to use this practice and will be transferring our other pets to here.
