Had water heater emergency yesterday after BGE ran new gas lines and told me that the part went bad after their repairs, lol. Called into BGE to discuss, put on call back list at 3:15. I called into Greer Water Works shop at 3:20. Alex pulled up to my house at 4:25. Very professional and polite, took apart water heater, repaired the part, re-started. Waited 20 min to verify hot water was running properly, which it was perfectly. Very great service ! Btw, still waiting for callback from BGE
