Visited 8 other dealers before deciding to go with complete chimney to repair 1 fireplace and install 2 new gas fireplaces. They were on a different level than everyone else as far as knowledge and effort to solve the issues I had. Michael in the showroom coordinated the whole complex process so impressively. He made numerous calls to many vendors to make sure I had the best options for the project. He was there to take all my constant phone calls and questions. My installer John met with us before the project and answered all our questions. His knowledge of fireplaces was remarkable as he quickly diagnosed why my previous fireplace no longer worked which no one else was able to do. Even better, after our project was completed, John made a special trip back to add some cosmetic pieces that he thought we would enjoy. Again, complete chimneys seem to be on a different level than the other fireplace companies I met with.
