I have had a small handful of appointments, and so far I am very impressed! Dr Bradford is very educated, and passionate about sharing his knowledge. I have already noticed some improvements to my posture and my pain levels, and he even gave me some pointers to help with other exercises that my physical therapist didn't offer. 100 % would recommend, just a heads up to others- the office is in a residential neighborhood. It's very quiet, clean, and beautiful, but it really threw me off the first time 🙂
