Chris & son responded to my out of commission dually in South County (dispatched by AAA). Surprisingly prompt and provided very professional towing service. Took great care in loading, securing, transporting and unloading my truck exactly where I wanted to go (just out of county). I have AAA and twice now I’ve called them and gotten a driver from Affordable Roadside Service. Both drivers were so nice, very helpful and explained everything. They arrived quickly and worked quickly to get me back on the road. I also felt very safe with them as a woman alone with a disabled vehicle, which is important to me as unfortunately you do end up in situations where you don’t feel so safe.
I had a driver tow my 2015 ford escape from pikesville to my home Wednesday October 15 and I can't thank him enough for his professional and kind service. He arrived much quicker than I expected due to the rush hour traffic on the beltway and got me to my house quick and safe. Thanks again!
