True Care Medical Group has been providing healthcare services to the community for over 20 years. However, some patients have recently experienced issues with the practice. Patients have reported difficulties in getting their prescriptions filled, with long wait times and miscommunications between the office and patients. Despite these challenges, the practice still employs some great staff members. Additionally, a patient who visited the practice for the first time had a positive experience with the nurse practitioner, but faced difficulties in obtaining a prescription for a medical condition. On the other hand, another patient had an excellent experience with the surgical center and the provider, Dr. Nelson, who was described as genuine, caring, and highly skilled. Overall, True Care Medical Group seems to be going through some growing pains, but still maintains a dedicated team of healthcare professionals.
Heads up to other mothers, i was told when I arrived for my appointment that my daughter couldn't be there. I'm a single mom, she's 7. Wasn't told any of the other times I was there and have had her with me at previous appointments. Unfortunately I had to switch places. But that's the only issue I've had there.
Dr. Rahmana is caring and takes care of my medical needs. I just don't understand the push to see a Nurse practitioner and the long wait. How do I call in July and I am not able to see him until the end of October? I did not join this group to see anyone but my Doctor. I am very unhappy because this was urgent
Been going here over 20 years was great until 2024 lately having trouble getting rxs.. Had televist a couple weeks ago with new practioner she really didn't listen to what I was telling her had to make call because rx called in .... next day had to call again to get my rx..was expecting 3 got only one... was seen yesterday rxs not called in called 2 times yesterday and called 2times today still no response... next time will ask for written rx. Probably growing pains some great employees going.
