The nail tech “Bean” is the one! Im doing a segment on channel 11 news this Sunday so I needed someone last minute. I’m so grateful she was able to get me in! I absolutely love her and her work. If you’re looking for someone who’s attentive, gentle, and truly takes her time because she genuinely cares about not hurting you — she’s it. She constantly checks in with you and shapes your nails to the gawds. And let’s talk about that hand massage at the end… I literally closed my eyes the entire time and fully relaxed — something I don’t normally do — so that alone sealed the deal for me. Great atmosphere, friendly staff, and a fantastic pedicure!
Went today with appointments for me, the husband and my mom for some mani/pedis before we leave for our cruise on Wednesday. We were welcomed immediately, offered a beverage, and taken great care of! We also happened to be there while another patron was having a problem and her tech went above and beyond trying to resolve the issue. Our services were great, by Jocelyn and Charles, but a true show of excellent customer service is what brings people back. And I will definitely be back. ❤️💅
