I have been going to this laundromat for over 3 years.. I feel they have changed management .Reason I say this is because 1) prior owners never had multiple machines out of order. The last time that I was here there was 7 machines broken. And 2 of 6 dryers I used were not hot. So it cost me more $...2) The knew owners lack customer service skills..3) Altho the laundry is still clean ..it was on point with the previous owners..Even the bathrooms were sparkling clean. ONWERS YOU HV TO SPEND MONEY TO MAKE MONEY..Don't allow the best laundromat in Parkville be ruin due to lack of care..Thxs

As a first time customer and only in need of a dryer, Bobbi surely came to the rescue! This service is free(which is a great perk)with washing, however not needed in my case. Bobbi worked with me to figure time/minutes etc as no customers come just needing a dryer. I’d highly recommend! Very clean and above all, very friendly service. - Patty Kalb

Great, very clean. Mega helpful staff. Reasonable prices. This place will be my go to from now one. No I am not an employee or related to one. Just a new customer who wants to give credit where credit is deserved. Try this place, you will love it!!!!
