Buying a home is stressful- and the home inspection can be the most stressful of all- paying someone to tell you everything that is and could be wrong with the house you love. I was blown away by the inspection we got on our home, Matthew was careful, thorough and patient with all of our questions. It was amazing to get to know our new home through his critical and observant eye, now we know where all the important things are- and what to keep an eye on for home maintenance. We even got a new homeowner handbook, and a free subscription to Porch Home Assistant to help with our moving and maintenance needs. On top of the day of education about our home, we also received our report so quickly. I highly recommend "Almost Home" Inspections to anyone buying a new home, or wanting a check up on the home you are living in. I wish we had done an inspection before putting our home on the market, there would have been a lot less costly repairs that can get in the way of an easy settlement.
