Great instructors, great curriculum, friendly students - just a great environment to learn and grow. The Pentjak Silat taught here is hard to find on the East Coast, so count yourself lucky it's in your backyard. And the Shingitai Jujitsu and MMA is a blast. Coach Mike will get you ready to compete (this gym has produced some top level grappling and MMA competitors) or just get you in better shape (as well as learning some devastating moves).All in all, just a great place to hone your skills and surround yourself with good people. Not always the case in the world of Martial Arts gyms.
