Kitchen Girl Farm

We live down the street from Kitchen Girl Farm, and this is our second year buying a share. Last summer was rough on them, but they still managed to eke out beautiful produce, so we are doing it again this year! I just picked up my first share of the season, and everything was gorgeous! You can pick what you like. We got collard greens, beets, arugula, bok choi, scallions, and romaine. I picked some fresh herbs from their garden (dill, thyme, and tarragon). We picked up bacon, ground pork, and hot Italian sausage from their freezer (all from local farmers). I made southern style collard greens for the first time tonight, and they are amazing! I will post the recipe on the page.
