Tommy and the staff at Hereford Bed and Biscuit genuinely care for the dogs entrusted to them. The kennel is clean and well maintained. They offer extra services tailored to meet the needs of each unique dog. My dog, Coop, is very anxious and a bit clingy. It was very hard to find a kennel that we thought would be a good fit for him. Tommy was so compassionate, giving Coop extra attention and making sure he was comfortable. He even provided us with updates during the week to let us know how Coop was doing. Turns out he had a great week. Made new friends and got lots of attention from Tommy and the staff. Actually seemed a little reluctant to leave! The dog that greeted us went we came to pick him up was not the same nervous dog we had left there. I could not be more grateful to Tommy and his staff. This is now the only place we'll leave Coop when we travel. We have peace of mind knowing he is well cared for, and he gets a vacation, too!
We just left our boy for 5 nights here. I was nervous because he has some special dietary needs and he can be a handful when it comes to his medical issues/needs…. But Hereford Bed and Biscuit is Hands down the best place to board your dog. He came back healthy and he was SO happy. This place is so organized. The staff is so so sweet and always prompt to answer the phone and always able to answer my questions. Sent me pictures of my boy daily while we were gone. The only place I’ll ever trust with our boy. They are phenomenal.
Our Penny had a great stay at HBB! The staff is super attentive and friendly. They took such good care of our baby! Her tail was wagging and she was so happy when we picked her up after a week’s stay. She is tuckered out now, also a good sign.Highly recommend!❤️🐾🦴🐶
