We did not know who to pick from a list of contractors given to us by Travelers for a basement that had flooded. We definitely picked the right company "911 Restoration Group".Dealing with a flooded basement is very stressful let alone making sure we pick the right contractor for the job. 911 Restoration could have not been more professional and cleaning this mess, removing tile, carpet, drywall, flooring. Due to the things you hear about contractors made me very suspicious, but these guys were great. They did actually as they said, never late, always 4 to 5 guys working everyday. They responded to remediate a 2nd floor leak that had infiltrated to the first floor. They were very professional and responsive. Was able to mobilize quickly and explained every step very clearly. Would strongly recommend.
