The technician was great at providing exceptional customer service and repair. He was very knowledgeable. I called and sent pictures of my problem with my water heater. He was able to diagnose the issue after just hearing the problem before even looking at the area to know there was a leak somewhere. He guided me through what I needed to tell my leasing office about the issue after. They could not resolve it within a timely manner so he came out and fixed the water heater with no problem. I was thankful for him because after knowing there was a leak, he assured me that there was mold somewhere near. I was able to locate the issue and maintenance finished the job. I had such a good experience using Custom Flow. We had an emergency leak and the tech showed up right away, after hours. He was so nice and gave us all the information we needed to ensure everything would be fixed properly. The pricing was very affordable, especially for last minute notice. We will definitely use them in the future.
