“We recently completed a full renovation of our beloved Cottage on the Point with Sundance Kitchen Bath Exterior, and I cannot say enough about the incredible experience. From start to finish, every single member of this team brought passion, professionalism, and true craftsmanship to our home.<br><br>The design team, Denise and Jayda, were remarkable. They didn’t just put ideas on paper—they helped us bring our vision to life. They listened carefully to what mattered to us and honored the symmetry and balance created by our home’s original architect over 32 years ago. Thanks to their talent, we were able to respect the integrity of the design while elevating it in ways that feel fresh and timeless.<br><br>Our Project Manager, Jason, was nothing short of phenomenal. His communication was constant and reassuring—often working long past business hours to ensure scheduling and coordination were seamless. From demolition to painting, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and refinishing the hardwood floors, we never once had to worry about what was happening or who was on site. Everything felt effortless on our end because Jason handled it all with such dedication.<br><br>The subcontractors Sundance brought in were true masters of their craft. Each one showed extraordinary pride in their work, and it’s visible in every detail throughout the house.<br><br>And then there’s Brad and Derek, our general contractors—where do I even begin? Brad, in particular, treated this home as if it were his own. He caught details we would never have noticed, correcting and perfecting them—even if it meant taking extra time. His eye for perfection gave us a final product beyond what we could have imagined, and his advice became something I leaned on constantly. Derek was equally invested, ensuring the entire process was executed with the highest level of care.<br><br>Yes, we went over budget. And I can honestly say I don’t regret a single dollar. The end result is a home that not only respects its original design but shines brighter than ever before.<br><br>This crew has become like family to us.
