From the initial in-home sales consultation to installation, Vertical Connection exceeded all expectations. Communication was excellent and we couldn't be happier with the results.
EXCELLENT! Darren (sales) was honest and extremely helpful. We initially wanted to extend hardwood in one area instead of carpet, but Darren consulted with others to verify that the new wood would not hold stain at the same rate of old wood so the end result would not be satisfactory. We ended up spending less to go with carpet due to his honesty. The installers (Ron, Tom and Jeremy) were fantastic. Seams are perfect and nearly invisible in carpet, no damage to baseboards or walls, complicated curved staircase looks fabulous and luxury vinyl tile floor and threshold were installed extremely well. Firstly, Darren Holder, of At Your Door Floor Store was extremely professional, and knowledgeable, about both flooring and carpeting. His detailed information helped us choose a gorgeous vinyl floor as well as carpeting. He made shopping very easy. And, he came to our house, with many samples, which was a pleasure. We appreciated his mild disposition, no pressure, or stress at all. Thank you, Darren Holder.Secondly, We had the best experience with the installers, Ron, Jeremy and Tom.
