Cindy and Tracy are great. Cindy is very responsive and gets my daughter, a competitive gymnast, in for appointments as quickly as possible. And when the appointments are over, my daughter gets into the car and tells me how much better she feels and how Tracy always knows just what to work on. We could not be happier!
I had insane lower back pain after moving (lifting heavy boxes, bending, etc.) plus momming a toddler, to the point where I couldn't sleep because lying down was so uncomfortable. I tried baths with epsom salts, ibuprofen, even sleeping on the floor, but the pain was persistent. I finally decided to search out a massage therapist in my new neighborhood and found Stretch. Thought I would treat myself for my birthday and I’m so happy I did! Tracy was so nice and made sure I was 100% comfortable and taken care of the whole time. Stepping into the massage room felt like walking into a spa, so relaxing! Can’t wait to come back soon
