Walked in to pick-up some shampoo/conditioner and was welcomed by Madison who was absolutely lovely! I noticed that they also have skin care services with medical grade products which was exciting! She provided me with a menu and walked me thru some of the services. She was super patient and answered all my questions! I'm excited to schedule my facial appt soon and will update my review.
This was my first time at Shear Thairapy and I had a fabulous experience. The front desk staff were super friendly and accommodating when I checked in. Molly was my stylist and she was just amazing! I hadn't had my hair done in years, so I was in dire need of a total make-over - we toned my reddish box dye, lightened my hair several shades (in one sitting), cut in beautiful layers, and styled! She's truly a rockstar. She listened to all my concerns, was sweet and funny, and literally gave me the birthday hair of my dreams. I love the vibe of this salon, and everyone is super friendly and will make you feel gorgeous. Melissa is my go-to lady - highly recommend her color work and quick ability to upgrade your style to light weight and effortless beauty. You can include and separate tips on your cards for shampoo and styling. You can also shop some fashion and hair care products while you wait for your appointment time. I would not recommend walk ins. Definitely book in advance.
