He was wonderful. Answered everything I asked and helped me understand what he wanted me to do moving forward. Went to get my lab work immediately and the workers there knew everything. Only thing they needed from me was my ID and insurance. I’m glad to have become his patient. He gave me an on location appointment for the same month. I would also like to shout out Janet. When I first contacted his office she was the one the took me through everything and she made sure I would have a telemedicine appointment before an appointment I have with my surgeon for a procedure I desperately need. Dr. Plotkin made me feel comfortable asking questions. Check-in was very simple and person centered. I was asked multiple times what I preferred. He offered alternatives to assist me to meet my goals. I was very comfortable which is very important to me.
