Daniel from One Wall at a Time is AWESOME!!!!!! He came and did a "walk-and-talk" for a house that we were interested in buying. He was full of information, extremely thorough, and clearly loves what he does. He brought a tool kit with him to evaluate different aspects of the house -- for example, a marble to test the leveling of the house, a mug to test the ice maker -- in addition to all the other standard tools (i.e. meters for measuring moisture and thermal activity). I feel like he helped me make an informed decision on the house, and also what to look out in the future for should we get the house.
