I came in for a pedi with my mom about 2 weeks ago. Nails look fine polish kinda chipped. But the lady's doing me and my moms feet were AWFUL!!! She asked my mom so many too personal questions and also were very rude. And when I asked her not to do anything or paint a toe the I broke six months ago that was still sensitive and bothering me she proceeded to cut it all up and basically pick at it and my other toes and it HURT! Do not go to this place not recommending!!!

Only go here if you want to be in pain after your pedicure appointment. They are unprofessional and rude-- they proceeded to ask my mother a million questions about her personal life, then began talking about her in front of her. The lady doing my nails hurt me during the service 5 times until I finally pulled my feet away and asked her to be gentle, she acted like she did not hear me and spoke to the technician directly after. Do not take a chance on this place.

The single positive I can say about Elegance is they spend a ton of time on the massage during pedicures, which is super relaxing. Otherwise, today was my fourth visit to Elegance-I gave it multiple tries thinking I just hadn't found the right technician but today was the nail in the coffin for me. The technician kept cutting my fingers and it hurt so much that I didn't even look at my nails until I left-I just wanted to get out of there. Truly a child could have done a better paint job than this. It's so rough, lots of bubbles. Done giving Elegance chances with hopes to find a technician I like.
