I've had 3 dog cremated there. Each time they have been courteous and understanding. Their promise and getting your pet back within 24 hours is wonderful. It helps with the morning of a family member.

Can’t say enough about how they handled the death of our cat. Warm and friendly demeanor, particularly in allowing my 4 year old to be part of the selection process. It did wonders in helping him get over the loss of his first pet. Services were performed professionally, quickly and for a reasonable cost. I encourage everyone to patronize this business as your pets cross the rainbow bridge. ?

West Arundel Crematory was so kind after the passing of my dog. All the staff I interacted with were calming and patient. They gave tips on how to care for my dog if he passed away after they closed. I received my dog in 24 hours, which was a relief to not have him away from home for weeks. My sincere condolences to those who've just lost a pet. I wish all my babies lived forever, but I sadly know they won't, but at least I know they will be taken care of here.
