Even though we did not end up needing Value Dry services, I can attest to the honesty and integrity of their evaluator Bill Strong. He came twice to our house to evaluate our water problem in the basement. On his first visit he was very skeptical about the source of water coming from outside the foundation. On his second visit after the mold was cleaned up and the walls opened up he, again, could not find evidence that the water was coming from outside. Short version: Tyler was knowledgeable, patient, asked the right question, was respectful, really cared about my situation, answered all of my questions thoroughly and asked follow up questions to make sure he understood what was going on, was willing to come to my location on a Friday afternoon even though he, ultimately did not have to because he was able to solve my problem over the phone!

The crawl space under my house frequently flooded during rains and my single sump pump could not handle it any more. Tyler and DJ and their friendly and hard-working Value Dry team have transformed it! They worked for hours preparing the space, making the drains, adding another sump pump, installing a moisture barrier and dehumidifiers to create a sealed and dry area under my house. They are my heroes! I recommend them to one and all!
