I called to book an appt and Rosy was very pleasant with me and that was very impressive to me. Customer service is everything. Rosy asked me what I wanted and after I sent a photo of my current hair style, she was able to provide suggestions as to color and style. I felt really great about coming to my appt. When I got there Rosy showed me 2 colors and we decided together the best color for my hair. The shop is peaceful with everyone working with a their client. The music is very uplifting! I am looking forward to my next hair appt at Rosys Hair Braiding Salon.
