“Last year I scheduled my first appointment with them weeks in advance. On the day of, with only a few hours notice, they cancelled on me and asked me to reschedule. I was not pleased as I had taken off work to go to the dentist that day. So I did not reschedule and found a dentist that treated me better.

I am listing them as 4 stars to provide a review less than their rating because of the negative/unprofessional service I experienced.

However, I kept it close to their current rating because I didn't actually get a chance to be serviced so I can't comment on the quality of the dental services provided, only the quality of the scheduling services provided.“

“I miss this practice. I moved a year ago and havent received good dental care since. The staff and dentist are friendly. The hygenist does a good job as does the dentist. They are honest about my dental needs and dont try to sell me stuff i don't need. I recommend this office. I lrft because I moved out of the state.“

“I had an outstanding experience today with Sandra Zamini, Hygienist at Chesapeake Smiles. She was incredibly thorough, polite, and truly committed to my oral health. From the moment I sat in the chair, she made sure I was comfortable and explained every step. She carefully measured my gum depth and took the time to demonstrate the process to me and explain why it is important. Her attention to detail during the cleaning, scaling, and polishing ensured that my teeth felt fresh and healthy. Plus, her goody bag with dental picks, toothpaste, brush, and roll of floss was a nice touch. I chose the pink brush because it's cherry blossom season. Her professionalism and attention to detail were impressive, and I left feeling absolutely great about my oral care.
