I've gotten a few massages here over the past year & I highly recommend it. Kenya is amazing at what she does & has a very calming energy. I always leave feeling refreshed & relaxed. I saw her a few times when I was pregnant & most recently postpartum. I live 45 minutes away from their locations now but will definitely continue to make the drive when I need a nice little spa day to myself.

I was anxious about my first massage experience, but Steve made me feel really comfortable about the process. I’ve returned since then, and plan to visit regularly. I have MS and most every part of me is regularly angry, but nothing is angry with me when my session is over. Nothing the doctors have given me has calmed my nerves like a session with Steve at Change Your Pace in Arnold.

Kenya is truly gifted. I came in with pain and tension on upper back, neck and shoulders and she gently yet firmly worked on all my knots. I walked out of there feeling more relief and less pain. Really glad I got to experience a massage by Kenya.
