I wasn't planning to write an update to my review, but I haven't been able to get proof of asbestos removed and payments made. Really disappointed, but not surprised considering I had an absolutely awful experience with this company. Sure they were nice, but they over-promised and under-delivered to me. I had higher expectations based on my initial interactions, but that went away once this other contractor in the building noticed several issues.Long story short, I had to hire a new company to finish the job and get it done! It was a horrible experience to deal with, especially after giving a deposit for the job I was promised.At this moment, all I'm trying to do is obtain is proof of what I paid for and can't even get that. Had to reach out to the Better Business Bureau for help, but still radio silence.
