I was so fortunate to have the assistance from Kimberly at the Ocean City Maryland Location, she clearly knows the products and definitely excelled in the help she gave me. I would like to say that Ulta is very fortunate to have her and my wish is in the future I hope she is working on the days I shop there. Kudos to Kimberly.

I usually never write reviews but I just wanted to say Randy is such a nice human being. They were so patient and helpful with questions I had about a product. I’ve come in a couple times and they were always positive and welcoming. I appreciate their kindness a lot thank you Randy.

What a great experience I had at Ulta in West OC with Randy. He was so helpful, knowledgeable and kind. He was very busy but at the same time respectful, calm and took his time with all the customers whom were bombarding him (me included). Thank you Randy!
