Great instruction & perfect setting! I’ve been going on & off for a few summers and love it every time. One of the things I look forward to during my stays at the beach in the summer. I highly recommend!
Yoga on the beach is always the highlight of my visit to Ocean City! Summer and her daughter are welcoming, thoughtful, mindful instructors. There is nothing like the peaceful venue of the beach and looking out at the ocean as you practice. The class is athletic, yet geared to all levels. I HIGHLY recommend joining them on your mat!!
Whether you are local or just visiting, I highly recommend incorporating Summer Rain Yoga into your time in Ocean City! This class is always a highlight of my week, my favorite way to start my day, and is equally beneficial to the mind, body, and spirit. No matter age, size, gender, level of yoga experience, anyone and everyone will be welcomed by Summer and will get something out of this class!
