IPAD needed screen replacement due to cracked screen from dropping it. Called Marquess and Kevin gave me the exact price over the phone. When I brought iPad into store they said it would only take about 2 hours because there was another repair ahead of mine. I got the text that it was complete about 90 minutes later and said it was ready for pickup. The IPAD looks like new. Great job.
Wonderful cell phone repair service! I thought I would have to buy a new phone, but Kevin, the owner, said it was a simple repair which could be accomplished in 30 minutes, and it was!! All for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend Kevin and his business.
Kevin Marquess, owner and principal technician of Marquess Electronics repair, is the best in the Ocean City area for cell phone repairs and service, in my experience, and probably a host of other electronic devices, although I have only used him for my cell phone. I am convinced Kevin is trustworthy, very competent and congenial. Even on the simple replacement of a cell phone battery, he makes astute observations and asks questions to determine, as in this case, whether other factors may be contributing to the performance of the existing battery.
