Dr. Rick, I deleted my review since I know you saw it. I was unable to return your call on Monday per your request on my voicemail. I was extremely disappointed and upset about the issue. I have always appreciated the care and treatment that you gave to our pets and to us. I just found it very frustrating that long established clients would have that delay for a simple vaccination. I since learned that 2 of your 6 vets have left. But still hard to believe with 4 vets it would be that long of a wait. So had to make sure our dog was protected and went elsewhere. But thanks for all the care and compassion you have given us for so many years.

The care is great! Cost seems reasonable. The compassion of the vets are wonderful. You can tell they don’t want to tell you your pet is sick. Dr Stephen Getz didn’t rush me. Took time to answer any questions I had. Made suggestions how to make my dog as comfortable as possible.

They took excellent care of my dog when he was caught in a trap and ended up having his back leg amputated. They took care of him before, performed the surgery and took excellent care of him for a couple days after his surgery, i very much appreciated them.
