Germain HVAC did a great job installing our new heat pumps. They made the entire process easy from getting us a quote, to installation. The crew that installed our systems were very professional and nice to work with. They explained the system very well and made sure we understood everything after they finished the install. Highly recommend.
Our propane furnace began making a screeching noise. Germaine HVAC have a time they could be here, then near the time, called to notify me Hadley was on the way. Hadley repaired the fan which had slipped on its spindle. Checked over the rest of the furnace and cleaned up the interior of the furnace and departed. Our furnace now works as it should, and as always Germaine HVAC was on time, was professional, and in addition to fixing the problem endured I understood what it was and what was done to fix it. I highly recommend Germaine HVAC.
Germain recently installed mini splits in our home and the entire experience was top notch. Eric, the owner, helped create a solution to keep our historic home more comfortable and also to disturb the historic elements of our home as little as possible
Everyone who worked on our home was kind and courteous and I've never worked with a contracting company that left everything as clean as they did.
We did experience an issue with a unit (no fault whatsoever of Germain's) and they worked tirelessly to resolve the issue. THIS is the sign of a great company.
