Germain recently installed mini splits in our home and the entire experience was top notch. Eric, the owner, helped create a solution to keep our historic home more comfortable and also to disturb the historic elements of our home as little as possible
Everyone who worked on our home was kind and courteous and I've never worked with a contracting company that left everything as clean as they did.
We did experience an issue with a unit (no fault whatsoever of Germain's) and they worked tirelessly to resolve the issue. THIS is the sign of a great company.

Wonderful company! We needed an emergency service on our heat pump in deer season in WV and couldn't find anyone to come out. Germain called right back and were on the way within an hour - assessed the problem, tried a few things, and ordered the part we needed. They stayed in touch and were prompt with the service. Will absolutely use again!
Germain HVAC is the best! We recently had our new propane furnace installed and we're so thrilled with the price and service from the team at Germain!
