We found Crellin after a previous contractor wrote our ceiling leak off as an ice dam, but the leak continued once the ice was gone. Peter found not only the real source of the leak, but fixed it quickly and his crew did a great job with the drywall repair (crows foot textured ceilings are hard to match up with repair!).
