Katherine was kind and informative. She obviously enjoys her job and knows what she is talking about. I had to drive 2 hours to get there and it was worth it not only to for the machine but for the exceptional customer service.
I had a lot of questions and he answered everyone of them and was very helpful and kind and I learned a lot about oxygen and the things I need to do and not to do. And he told me that if I had anymore questions to call. I am glad I had someone who could help me with my questions I was very pleased with the man.
Sam is a kind very professional person she gave me a lot of great information make sure I understood everything before I left and gave me a packet in case I might forget something down the line great place highly recommend it
